At SMILE, we use lot’s of Google services. One example is Google Docs. It allows us to not only share, but collaborate on a single document in real time. This is important because it means multiple people can contribute changes without having to package up a docx file and send it round on an email… before you know it your documents out of sync, and the whole thing gets terribly messy.
Don’t have a Google account? Not a problem. You can use your existing email address to log into Google Services and it takes less than 60 seconds to do.
